Vacuum Plumbing Toilet
The toilet room components are a special subset kit-of-parts to the larger modular solution. The toilet room kit-of-parts is designed to move as group within a reconfiguration, whereas Exam room panels are designed to be fully interchangeable throughout most of the clinic space.
The wall panel behind the toilet is unique as it includes a special port required by the toilet manufacturer, but the panel still supports all vertical chases for center water supply pipe, low voltage box and conduit for auto-flush sensor. This panel and other adjacent panels are all designed to provide structural support for grab bar mounting and specimen pass-through.
The toilet is fully floor supported and covers a factory-ported opening in the panel.
The vacuum plumbing waste line that services the toilet is accommodated within a modular chase created with the off-module panel connection. Tiles are omitted from panels on the interior of this chase. The modular chase provides an opportunity for dual insulation to dampen the sound and vibration of the toilet flush.
The waste pipe for the toilet is provided by the general contractor or vacuum plumbing supplier.
